Hi, I already had the most updated version. I've also followed the steps in the link except for step 5 as it didn't specify where I could find "Edit >> Delete All Data And Download " could you please help me where I can find that. the other steps didn't help. Besides, today I was out from 9 am to 1 pm (GMT) and now there is also no data between this period. I've restarted sierra and all but no result. thanks for your help |
