This is the reason for not receiving real-time data:
Symbol Error - REF:B Jun 16 Dec 16 Calendar Spread is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Exchange not authorized. | 2016-05-05 09:18:16


This applies for all of the symbols.

You will need to have Marex enable your account for ICE Europe real-time data. And have them contact us.

Also we see a large number of these messages:

Re-download the data in the affected charts with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. Although in some cases that's not going to help because we do see the out of order data originating from the Easy Screen data feed itself.
