Are you using Chart Linking and on the charts that have fill space changing do you have Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 >> Chart Linking >> Scroll Position enabled? So does this happen when you open the Chartbook? If so, update to the current version and let us know if you still see the problem.
