This server is enabled through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> SC Server Settings >> DTC Protocol Server. You need to disable it on the Sierra Chart instances where you do not want to use it. Or you need to change the port numbers to ones that do not conflict with others being used on your system.
