it happened again. so please see this example. they are both the same contract. just different time frames one is a 17 min chart and the other is a 34 min chart. the 17 did not update on the open today. the 34 did update. there are many charts in this chart book - all of the same contract. all of them updated except the 17 minute one. if i do a delete all data and download, then it works again but it is rather annoying when the one chart that freezes is the one with the alarms on it. it just seems to happen at random. next time it could be a different chart that doesnt update. |
