data to the charts seems to freeze and then load every 2 minutes or so.
We see you are using the CTS T4 data feed. This sounds like a problem with the data feed itself. When you notice a chart stop updating, refer to help topic 3.4:https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails3.html#h3.4 Make sure Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Data Throughput and Buffering is set to Fast Trade. If you have to change this setting reconnect to the data feed: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_FileMenu.html#ProcedureToReconnect I had a situation where a trade was placed, then deleted prior to a news announcement, but the screen was frozen, and when the data reloaded, I was in and quickly stopped out. There is nothing we can do at this point but we can see what happened by looking at the Trade Activity Log for that particular order.
