Mark, We do apologize for the delay. What we are referring to is a funded trading account. We understand that is with FUTEX (UK). In order to receive the real-time CME data at the reduced exchange fees, there needs to be programmatic confirmation that you have a funded trading account. That does not exist with FUTEX (UK) at this time and that is the source of the problem. Is that the clearing company? Can they confirm every month that you have the trading account? We will have to put in place a manual procedure to confirm you have a trading account but it does create an administrative burden.
