We have an answer from TransAct about this. In the case of when you want to use a TransAct demo account with Sierra Chart, you need to use Sierra Chart through the TransAct AT version. The reason they did this has to do with security reasons. You can use a TransAct live account with your own Sierra Chart account separate from the TransAct AT version.
