I received this email which clearly is incorrect: Your Additional Service Balance of 173.00 USD is not enough to cover the monthly fee of 86.5 USD for the Additional Services enabled on your Sierra Chart account which are scheduled to be renewed at the beginning of the upcoming month. Additional Services includes the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. It does not include Sierra Chart service package usage time. You will need to make a payment of at least -86.5 USD using the link below: |
