You have a system problem apparently. We recommend that you restart your computer. This is definitely not related to any particular Sierra Chart version. That is with certainty. There is no reason to be going back to earlier versions. This is not going to change anything. You also need to select Window >> Reset Windows to set these windows to a default position.
