The OEC service is having some order handling problems that we are aware of. They have been notified about them and we are doing more testing to see if they are resolved. For now select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service anytime you notice a problem. Check the Trade Activity Log to confirm that the quantity was actually 2: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeActivityLog.php#ViewingHistoricalTA You will see the quantity that you submitted and you can see the quantity the server indicated in the order updates.
