I'm afraid I don't have an answer other than 'those are the symbols that Onn Benzvi provided to deal with the EOD charts for the FTSE 100, Germany's DAX and France's CAC40' On the Intraday charts they are as you show UK100, GER30 and FRA40 - I assumed this was something to do with you, and there are a lot of our customers out there using chatbooks with these symbols - so it's not straightforward to change them if we now find out they are wrong! I am trying to find out the implications from Onn, but can you tell me why, when this has been running fine for a long time, that the data doesn't now update on these symbols? It always did or we would never have developed the study based around them. Something has changed. |
