Hello Sierra Support Board, I am preparing setup for live trading and I am reading the clause listed below. I was wondering how this seamless integration works in live trading environment (with Infinity). Currently I have CME Sierra real time data package activated, and I have Infinity Platform in Live mode ON as well, but when I tried to buy limit below actual price on NQH6, the order does not appear on the Infinity Platform DOM price ladder. It is visible on in Sierra Charts. However, when I performed this test under Simulated trading mode (Trade simulation mode ON in Sierra and Simulated trading mode on Infinity platform DOM ladder) then it worked, and order which I executed within nested little DOM in Sierra Charts then appears on Infinity DOM price ladder. Would you please advise what I am doing wrong that it does not work seamlessly in Live mode? Thank you. This seamless integration means that when you activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on your Sierra Chart account, the charts and Trade DOM windows will receive this data feed for any symbol that this data feed provides data for, if you have activated the exchange the symbol trades on. Therefore, when using your Trading account with Sierra Chart, the market data will come from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed! |
