Putting the message log in a file is not the best way to provide a Message Log. Use the "Send for Analysis" button on the Message Log window and let us know when that is sent and we will look at it that way. Since the real-time connection is limited to 100 symbols, the symbols that exceed 100 will not be updated and will cause this condition. If you look at the Message Log you will see many lines with this: Symbol Error - CHRW is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Otherwise, there is nothing wrong here. This is something we have explained from the very beginning. Once you go over the symbol limit you will not get updates on the symbols until you reconnect the data feed. We still are going to get that video today. We have just been very very busy.
