We will run a test disabling "Use Server-Side OCO and Bracket Orders". Also should Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Adjust Attached Orders to Maintain Same Offset on Parent Fill be unchecked also? Yes this is supported and you are running into problems with TWS not responding to orders which can be an issue and is one of the problems of using Interactive Brokers.
