With this the bracket orders are getting closed after some time with source as "no order update from server" Yes this is supported and you are running into problems with TWS not responding to orders which can be an issue and is one of the problems of using Interactive Brokers. What we recommend doing is disabling Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Use Server-Side OCO and Bracket Orders.
