Initially we misunderstood the question. Once we understood you were asking about the ToolBar/Control Bar and attaching that to a detached chart, we were happy to provide a link to the documentation for that and the question was perfectly fine. 2 detached charts can each have their own Control Bar. That is not a problem. Do you want to have one floating control bar and share it between two charts? We have to check on the development status of this because this is something that we intended support but not quite sure what the status of it is. We will have an answer on this by the morning.
