Let them know you want them to support the open specification DTC Protocol: http://dtcprotocol.org/ Really it makes utterly no sense for them to just disregard it and waste time with all of these garbage, and we mean garbage, APIs and substandard feeds out there. We are working very hard to establish a common well-designed communication protocol for this industry and we would hope that they would join us.
