Today after the weekend I am not able to connect to my trading service, Gain(OEC). I received a message for my additional services balance for SC and I replenished it this morning, but it should not affect until the end of the month. I signed in to both my live and demo S5Trader platforms and they are working fine and streaming data with no problems. All was working fine on Friday before the weekend. Help please. I will send the message log from the Send for Analysis button on the log. THanks
