Thanks. Seems to be working now. So is it ok to have error filtering completely disabled going forward to avoid this issue or is this just a step to troubleshoot? I'm not aware of other issues with the data feed but I do have another question. When I ran into that problem earlier, I started another copy of Sierra that I have configured with just the DOM. That was working with IB as my data feed but I noticed it was trying to connect to the Sierra data feed and it was getting an error because I can only have 1 connection at a time. So how do I turn off the Sierra data feed with my other copy? Under Data/Trade Service Settings, I have Interactive Brokers [trading] selected as the service. Thanks. |
