You are going to be noticing a huge improvement over TransAct. Do you see a [M] indicator after the symbol at the top of the chart?

We also see you are running an older Sierra Chart version. Update to the current version by following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate

You must update to the version with "New Spreadsheets" to get the current version.

This is the packet loss we have at the moment on our servers for the CME for 2016-01-15:
5029   0.011%
2170   0.005%


It is the difference which is causing this problem but only to a very minor extent. We will see what can be done about this packet loss difference.
