User364647252, We said that we were going to work on improving the performance of loading Intraday data and we did make some changes earlier, but we did not complete that work back then and the end result of that at the time was the Intraday data loading time might have been made worse. In version 1346, this is improved and the Intraday data loading time is reduced by about 17%. It might even be better on your own system. The biggest difference would come from when a chart that does not have any studies that rely on the Volume at Price data, the chart bars are multiples of 1 minute data, and if the tick by tick data is pre-compressed into 1 minute time frames. This has been contemplated to be developed, but because the loading of Intraday tick data is so fast, and it complicates things by maintaining separate files, it has never been implemented. But it might be at some point in the future. With what you described here though, it will not make any difference in your case.
