We see you are running version 1336 now and you will be able to connect Interactive Brokers. Here is a link to version 1344 which is the current version: https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartSetupNoCLR.exe We have verified it is 1344. We see no reason why you would of had any trouble with this. Nothing has changed with this in the last couple of days The reason you need to update when using Interactive Brokers has to do with a 2016 futures contracts symbol problem which is described in the first post here: Notice: Important Update for Interactive Brokers Users It is not about market data Volume. That is unrelated. For example, let's say the current candle closed on its high at 100 in SC, I put on a buy stop order at 101, the rational being that I don't want to enter a trade unless/until price goes up another tick (ie. when 101 is reached). However, in IB, the same candle actually closed at 101
Regarding this, was this with futures or stocks? It could not be an issue with futures. Also we do acknowledge about 6 months ago some problems had developed with the stock data with the SC Exchange Data Feed which was causing a lag and lost data around the open. This was solved. Also there was too aggressive filtering of "out of range ticks" with the US stock data which probably was the cause of what you are describing. That filtering has been removed.
