Hi: Took a couple of days off for xmas, and tried to log in for the first time this morning. Couldn't connect with IB data feed at all. The message log showed that SC bumped me down to free mode (it says IB is not enabled on package). Even though I've paid for tier 3 for another 6 months. What's going on? Also, it apparently downloaded the newest version of SC in the background, but when I clicked OK to install it, it never did anything. I'm currently on version 1329. Does this have anything to do with the glitch? Let me know if you would like to see the logs. Mark |
