Go to the chart and select File >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see 10 levels displayed there? no ,only 1 level Check Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings. Make sure Maximum Depth Levels Displayed is set to 100. yes, set to 100 Also, do you see a [M] after the symbol at the end of the chart? yes, M behind What is the symbol of the chart? CL and ES
