We apologize for this. This is now solved. We had corrected the wrong Symbol Settings previously.

Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps

Go to the chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.

If that does not correct the problem, then re-download the data for all contract months following the instructions here:
