Purchased one month of category 3, then opened an account at infinity. Trying to use the infinity feed, my data is not real time, I cannot populate a quote board, downloaded the data feed at global but not working right, no candle movement, if I disconnect feed then reconnect feed that refreshes the data but there is no real time candle movement. could the category 3 that I purchased be in conflict with my attempt to use my new account feed with infinity????? Frustrating, cant figure out why no real time thanks |
