Hello I have been happily using SC for a number of years. a few days ago i BOUGHT a new COMPUTER asked that all Sierra data be transferred to the new computer. This has not worked. Tried to us backup option still nothing. I can open a new symbol when I try to customize tool bar nothing appears on the symbol line at top of chart. Available toolbar commands all this window shows is a sequence of numbers tht mean nothing to me. I would appreciate a step by step procedure to deal with this issue.
