The last we heard from FXCM is they are looking into the issue on their side. Since we do not know your Username or Password and it is their server indicating a problem with those, really it is not within our ability to solve this. We also have provided FXCM the background technical information we have given above. Although if our server had a problem connecting to FXCM for the same reason, that it will prevent all users from connecting so that would not be good but we would also expect FXCM to promptly resolve it since the connection will carry a large number of users.
