The Trade Activity Log you provided above does not contain the order fills. Provide it again and make sure you select "All Activity" at the top of the Trade Activity Log. Also, with the problem that existed with the interpretation of a Trade Position symbol year, it would never have caused anything like this: the trade reverses and I then have to go into TWS and cancel the reverse trade it has already set up!
How do you come to this conclusion? This is not even technically possible unless an order was submitted to reverse the position.
