This is a common problem with Interactive Brokers. Basically the problem is the Trade Position data is not being received from Trader Workstation. Try restarting Trader Workstation. You can see the Trade Positions data received from Interactive Brokers in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions.
