You do not have the correct CQG username set in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings:

CQG FIX: Received a Logout message. Text = UserName does not exist. Contact Customer Support for assistance. |

Or the CQG FIX server it is just not recognizing the username. So in that particular case, have your broker contact CQG to resolve this.
