Could you please describe what is exactly happening in your case. So you are saying the GSP bridge program is crashing? This would be an uncommon condition. If it does it would be caused by a problem in the Rithmic software, not with Sierra Chart. So it is not something we would be able to resolve. But it's not something you would commonly encounter. And with older versions, if there is a crash problem with the Rithmic software it would bring down the main Sierra Chart process. Now there is a separate process which runs the Rithmic software safely so Sierra Chart is not affected. You definitely are better off on the current version. Not with an older version.
