Also, in regards to this comment here: I'm almost giving up!
A remote support could fix all these issues. The way you work, we are losing customers! Patience is very important. You need to understand that Sierra Chart is connecting to external services. some of which we do not control. You also had a firewall problem, which was blocking connectivity. So all of these difficulties, are not Sierra Chart issues but external issues. So it is important to have the patience in order to allow time for these to get resolved. And when we see a comment like the above, do NOT use Rithmic. Do not even consider it. You are going to be tremendously frustrated with connectivity problems! And you will have a very high probability of not even being able to connect to Rithmic. Please do not consider Rithmic at all! Only use CTS.
