Based upon the screenshots in post #17, it looks as though that when you click on one of the menus in Sierra Chart you get disconnected from the remote desktop? If you then connect back and Sierra Chart is still running, then this is some connectivity problem that is completely unrelated to Sierra Chart. And if so, please do not consider this a Sierra Chart issue or raise it as something we need to resolve. We consider this matter closed at this time. You need to look elsewhere for the solution. And as we said what you are describing, we have never had a report of this and it really does not make much sense.
