Here are instructions to delete the ToolBar data. Please follow them to see if it helps with the ToolBar problem: Exit from Sierra Chart. Press the Start button on the Windows taskbar. Select Run . Type the name regedit and press OK. In Windows 7, you may need to follow a slightly different procedure. After opening the Start menu, type regedit in the Search box, and press Enter. When the registry editor opens, it provides a view similar to folders on a disk drive. Locate this particular folder (known as a key in the registry) and delete it: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SierraChart\SierraChart This line above is a series of keys that you will find in the registry and it is the last key, SierraChart, that needs to be deleted.
