It is very obvious that Barchart has a data problem. We are going to run a test ourselves and contact them about it. What we recommend you do now, is set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 10 seconds or higher. After that re-download the data. Also we very strongly recommend you use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed instead: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed This data feed is provided in cooperation with Barchart but runs through our own servers and software.
