In this situation, are you willing to admit that in the rare cases this combination doesn´t function correctly - I mean, when the long position wasn´t closed but on the contrary it was increased after I had used the combination Control + Space for the "Flattern"?

We cannot acknowledge this because it is not possible. The Trade Activity Log made it clear that the Flatten command was not invoked.

So the question is was there an incorrect mapping to the wrong command within Sierra Chart for the particular keyboard shortcut? We will run a technical review to see if this is possible, but there is no known case of this and we do not believe it is possible.

Either the mapping did not work correctly at the the operating system level, you did something wrong with the keyboard entry, there was a hardware problem with your keyboard, you have misconfigured the keyboard shortcuts, or some other unknown problem.

We did not see exactly what you were doing, the log indicates the flatten action was not invoked, we do not know how everything was configured at the time, and various other unknown variables are just not known.

So it is impossible for us to comment on this other than to say it is not possible for this to be a fault within Sierra Chart itself. Although we will run a review of keyboard shortcuts to make sure there are no problems with those and to ensure it is not possible for a keyboard shortcut to be incorrectly mapped to the wrong command.

So the problem is not consistently reproducible?

If the purpose of this is try to understand why this happened, all we can say is that the keyboard shortcut that you had set up for the flatten command, if any, was not actually invoked and another command was. Did you have a keyboard shortcut set up for Buy market?
