Mine (a happy SC user :)) is set to Ctrl-Shift-Z but I suspect I did that myself. You can set most things up under Global Settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts. DVP is in the tools submenu. http://i.imgur.com/EaOz6Ya.png Not sure about peaks and valleys - I just adjust the Max Volume Bar Width Percentage in the VbP study settings.
