Your account does have the "Eurex with Market Depth" exchange active. Make sure Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service is set to "SC Exchange Data" service. You should not change from this service. It does not help to use "SC Historical Data". If it appears that is the case, there is some other problem we need to help you with. Once again, there is no need to ever change to the SC Historical Data service. It makes no difference.
