Please understand this is a Rithmic issue. Your experience is very extremely common. There is not a day that goes by, where someone does not have trouble connecting to Rithmic because of these restrictions. We can do 0% about it and we will not get involved in it because we can do nothing about it. Just expect when you are connecting with a Rithmic demo account, that it is not likely to work. At least we are honest with you and tell you it is not going to work. The best solution to use a different trading platform service other than Rithmic. We are tired of these kinds of problems and these kind of problems are extremely common.
