For the S&P futures, you activated the wrong exchange. It needs to be the CME Group and not S&P indices. But before you make any changes, do you have a futures trading account? We see you are also using CQG. Are you able to connect to CQG? For FXZ15, you need to restart Sierra Chart and set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Exchange Data".
