User463662 if you are running your Sierra on a remote pc like Amazon EC2, you won't be at the whim of your internet going out. If your local internet goes down, switch to your phone and connect to the remote pc. Tethering or hotspot isn't required in this instance because you would be using your phones data connection directly. This really is the best way as you can get to this always on instance from anywhere in the world. Your ping times will always be the same since technically it's running from wherever your pc is hosted (Chicago, NYC) Or call your broker and have them flatten your positions.
