In one of the screenshots you show the Sierra Chart Trade Service Log which shows order cancel reject errors from the CTS T4 system. Those rejects come from the CTS T4 system. The words "Undetermined order", come from the CTS T4 system. You will need to contact your broker for help with this. If those orders are no longer working and you still see them as working, then select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service.
