Hi SC Support,

Appreciate your reply in posts #9 and #10.

This certainly is not going to cause Sierra Chart to reconnect the TransAct bridge program. And it makes no sense how it would have any effect on the TransAct bridge program.

Well, I'm not tech savvy, so I cannot explain why it works, or if it is valid or makes sense.

I happened to discover the workaround by accident, i.e. I noticed NT7 would alert me to the disconnection problem (from green to amber) and it would attempt to reconnect.. usually successfully.

(SC is supposed to alert too but it doesn't, as stated in User63632's post #1)

I also noticed that if I start Infinity Futures/SC first, followed by NT7, the successful reconnection by NT7 only remained in NT7.

(How did I know? Well, NT7's charts continued to "move" but not SC's.)

On the other hand, if I start NT7, followed by Infinity Futures/SC, the successful reconnection by NT7 also worked for Infinity Futures/SC.

(Both NT7 and SC charts will "move" after NT7's reconnection.)

I'm just glad that your posts #9 and #10 addressed the problem, and I'll definitely contact TransAct Support if Mode 1 doesn't work.

Edit: User123, thanks for your reply in post #14.. :-)
