Also, for the record, this makes no sense: Whenever there is a disconnecting issue, NT7 will attempt to reconnect successfully. Somehow, its attempt also triggers SC to reconnect as well. This certainly is not going to cause Sierra Chart to reconnect the TransAct bridge program. And it makes no sense how it would have any effect on the TransAct bridge program. And TransAct support can be helpful with this kind of issue because they can help the user change between different connection modes and they should be made aware of this problem so they can take further action to resolve it. This is why we recommend contacting them. If you right-click on the TransAct icon on your system tray, you will see an option that says Mode 1. We recommend enabling that. This may help to solve the problem. After changing that option, in Sierra Chart select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
