Thanks for sharing your experience.

I have the same recurring problem as User63632. All along, I thought the fault was with my ISP and that I just have to bear with it.

Now I know better. Maybe I should do the same as User 123 and move to Global Futures instead.

Btw, here is my workaround:

Start NinjaTrader 7 first (and connect to datafeed), followed by SC.

Whenever there is a disconnecting issue, NT7 will attempt to reconnect successfully. Somehow, its attempt also triggers SC to reconnect as well.

Not sure if it's valid, but I don't seem to have SC disconnecting issue after this workaround.

Hope someone else has a better solution, since Transact Support cannot be bothered with it.
