Since you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed you can get exchange traded spreads from the Sierra Chart Data Feed. Update Sierra Chart to the latest release following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate The spread symbols can be found in File >> Find Symbol or through the Settings >> Set Symbols >> Find button on the Quote Board.
