Disregard the prior response if you saw it, from a user. It is not relevant and we do not agree with what is says. It has been hidden now. Connecting to Interactive Brokers is very simple.

This is the relevant error message:

Socket (74) | Error received in OnConnect while connecting. Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. | 2015-09-22 22:12:14
