That message does not indicate the downloading of historical data from the remote server. Indicates the loading of data from the local data file.

This indicates a performance problem. Refer to help topic 30 for solutions:

Is that a Continuous Futures Contract chart? If so, you might want to re-download the data for all contract months following these instructions:

The reason for this suggestion is just in case there is some unknown data problem causing this issue which will be corrected by a re-download.
